School hours grades 1st – 5th 8:30-3:00
Students may NOT arrive prior to the 8:10 morning bell

  Kindergarten Hours:
AM --8:30 – 11:40    PM --11:50 – 3:00       

WHEN YOUR STUDENT IS ABSENT
To report a student’s absence call ( 24 hours )

And send a note explaining the absence when the student returns to school.

NOTES
To change the way your student rides home
( parent pick-up, different bus, or not attending daycare )
Please send a note with your student’s full name, the date, their teacher’s name, and explanation of the change
And signed by a parent or legal guardian.

LUNCH
School lunch costs $2.00, your student will receive a number that they will enter to access their lunch/snack account.  You may put money into this account via a check / cash or with a credit card online at vbschools.com.  Your student is also welcome to bring lunch, and purchase snacks or drinks only.

CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENTS
In mid-August you will receive a letter with your student’s teacher’s name and room number.

*Proof of residence/address -  lease or mortgage statement utility bill …etc
*Certified birth certificate, issued by the state with raised seal
*Social security number
*Physical examination report signed by a physician, dated no earlier than one year prior to starting school
*Previous school’s report card or current progress report
*Two emergency contacts other that parents/legal guardians
